The greatest asset of this hotel is the location in the heart of the old town. Rooms are very spacious, include a kitchenette and are well insulated from noise.
The only drawback we found was the attention to detail, which lets this hotel down.
Housekeeping only provides a single toilet roll that is akin to tissue paper. Very unusual for a four-star hotel.
The kitchenette is a very nice touch but needs a tea towel.
There were ongoing maintenance issues with the lift, which meant we had to take the stairs on a couple of the days during our stay. We were also wakened in the morning by what seemed like a faulty alarm. It was noisy and lasted for some time.
Aside from these issues, a pleasing stay and we would consider staying again once minor improvements are made.
