### Ayana Homestay

Ayana Homestay situated in Labuan city and features air-conditioned rooms with free WIFI and private parking. This sustainable homestay is located 1 km to Labuan Museum and Dataran Labuan, while Labuan Marine Museum is 1.1 km away. Labuan Botanical Garden is 750 metres from Ayana Homestay. Patau-Patau Water Village is 3 km away. The homestay offers a large parking space on-site that can occupy more than 3 cars.  
  
The homestay provides guests with a flat-screen android TV, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a private bathroom with shower and slippers. A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the homestay, units are fitted with basic bed sheet and pillow cover.  
  
Financial Park Labuan is 800m from Ayana Homestay, while Matriculation College is 8.8 km from the property. Universiti Malaysia Sabah Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan (UMSKAL) is 8.5km from the Ayana Homestay.The nearest airport is Labuan International Airport, 1.1 km from the accommodation.
