"Staff is ultra-friendly. The area surrounding the main building is beautiful. They have a heated swimming pool, a lake with Koi fish, firepit, etc.
All consumable items offered in the bedroom (chocolates, sodas, water, snacks) are included in the room fare, so it is all yours.
They offer complimentary breakfast (that is excellent, by the way), and a five o'clock tea with all items you can think of.
Finally, to make the stay even more pleasant, upon checking out, they gave me a bag with water...

"This Hotel is a gorgeous classical style hotel located right next to the tourist area in Campos do Jordão. They have plenty of parking, the rooms are big and clean and spacious, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Many areas to sit and lounge and enjoy in the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent, varies, and super delicious! The Torta do Arum was amazing! I loved this hotel and stayed several nights and it was very affordable! "
