Outdoor space is very well shaded from the sun and includes gas heat lamp for cooler evenings. The open concept indoor living includes a brand new 65" LG 4K TV and a reclining sofa. Kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware needed.
Sizable bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom are available to enjoy.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Leave Pool FOB on counter with keys Leave two garage door openers with keys. Clear out garage with personal items.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The Pool Access FOB and Keys must be returned to kitchen drawer when departing. Replacement items are $150 each

Any car parked overnight in guest spots are subject to ticket fines unless registered through the HOA. Overnight parking is avail. on E Nine Dr.
