rooms on back side were worn out. Carpet was ripped and chair in room had a 2 inch rip all the way across the seat. Beds were comfy but a/c units were iffy.

Went to multi day music event 3 miles from the inn. Seems most other good hotels/motels/inns at least 20 miles away, so this inn location was important to me. The property probably has been not been painted in decades. While the room appeared clean the carpet and one side chair were very dirty and stained. The pool was closed and covered in plastic and probable has not been functional in many years.
