Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take ALL trash out. Take to curb on Wed Unplug the coffee maker Put all towels on the W/D. Please start a load of towels Turn on dishwasher & run garbage disposal. Please return dishes to the cabinets
Turn OFF propane tank on BBQ, Clean grill and cover it. Turn off pool and flood lights Put chaise lounges, BBQ back to where they were found. Put rocks on lounge chair to protect from high winds.
Lock all windows, glass doors, east garage door, Including the 2nd bedroom sliding door Turn off lights, ceiling fans and heaters Turn the A/C to AWAY. Press the AWAY button in bottom left corner.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful home. Spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need, including spices and condiments. The pool was cool and clean and great to come back to after a hot day on the lake. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and perfect for two couples. The rooms are on the separate side of the house comes with everything you need. Nice private swimming pool.

We love the house, this is second time I stayed here and this time pool was not as clean. Overall we like location and the host is very accommodating. They do need to fix locks on patio doors we did struggle with these, but would definitely come back again... thanks for a great place to stay at an affordable price..

Beautiful home

Mike and Bonnie your place was absolutely perfect. We had three days of total relaxation. We were close to everything in town, although we only went in one day. I recommend anybody to come here and just relax by the pool. Again, thank you I hope to make this an annual event
