“My husband and I loved the peacefulness of the location. Fortunately the weather was beautiful for the middle of May so the back deck was very relaxing. Having your own driveway was nice because you knew if you left you weren’t hunting for a space like at a traditional hotel. Would definitely recommend this to our friends.”

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. “We really enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we found that the cleaning crew had accidentally left the freezer ajar and the ice from the ice maker melted all over the floor and under the stove. We immediately contacted the hosts and they drove all the way over to clean it up, apologize, and make sure the rest of our stay went smoothly. They were super nice and responsive. This rental is the back unit of a 3 unit cabin, but it felt very private. We had neighbors for a couple days who were nice and……

“Patio furniture was rusty and filthy and only 2 cushions which were also filthy. Couch had someone else’s old shirt shoved down in between the cushions so when you reclined that’s when it was noticed. The underneath of the couch was filthy. They need to spray for wasps because I got stung. Towels were still in dryer that weren't folded from a previous guest so we folded them. Primary TV wasn’t working. The sliding doorwall extremely hard to open and close. Just disappointed. They didn’t……
