Went to Castle in the Clouds which has views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Take some time to walk the trails, view the waterfalls and see all the grounds, don't rush it. Suggest a picnic lunch, onsite facility is just okay at best.
Keepsake quilting is great
Parked at Weirs Beach for a few hours of fun in the shallow water at Endicott State Park. Lots of families there. Stop at nearby Kellerhaus for the ice cream smorgasbord!
Take a ride on the Millie B and the Mt. Washington !
Take the Mt Winnipesaukee cruise. And the train ride.
This is in Meredith NH. The lake is frozen over and people put Bob houses on the lake to ice fish.
