“My wife and I booked this Marriott through Expedia as a last minute decision to go to Branson for a day and evening. This Marriott Willow was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and gave us wonderful advice as to where to go for dinner and breakfast. The comfort of our room exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean. We could also tell this Marriott was family friendly by the number of families we observed coming and going.”

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense.
