Upon check-in, we were asked "So have you been informed about the indoor pool and hot tub closure? Yeah, due to the storm damage". (No visible damage to be seen) We were not aware and there was no mention of that on their site, no text or email to inform us. We were extremely disappointed but still wanted to make the most of it. Upon arriving at the room, we found out the hard way the walls were paper thin and the neighbors were early risers. Needless to say a relaxing time turned into a frustrating experience.
