"This is a very spread out property so be ready to walk up hills and far to get to the front desk from your room. No breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed. The indoor pool smelled like chlorine and dirty diapers with a million people in there. Parking sucks. Booked the room on Expedia only to get there in front desk did not have the same information on what room I booked. We definitely will never be staying there ever again."

"The accommodations were good, we had a noisy child above us (we were on the bottom floor) who stomped non-stop from 7am to 1:30am. I'm not sure why the parents weren't parenting their child. I called the front desk and they did a courteous call to no avail. after night 2 of this same behavior the front desk moved us to another room. The amenities are good with lots to do on the property, plus the facility is located just outside Branson proper so it was quiet but close enough to many things to do. They are in the process of building an indoor waterpark to add to their already family friendly entertainment. "
