“Has roaches in the night stand. Never brought toilet paper when asked. Surprise 50$ when you check in for a cleaning fee. Says breakfast included but they don't tell you if you want a hot breakfast you have to pay extra!!”

“Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner...

“Sweet cottage with beautiful backyard and front porch. Perfect for a quiet get away, but still so close to trolley system and everything in Eureka. Excellent communication, and customer service was wonderful and prompt help with the lockbox (which was 100% my inability to get it open, nothing to do with the host).”
