“El apartamento es estupendo, muy acogedor, decorado con buen gusto, muy limpio,y super bien ubicado, en plena plaza del pombo, tienes cerca la playa,bares, restaurantes, panaderias, supermercado, tiendas, todo!, Luis siempre pendiente, responde en seguida los mensajes, Alvaro que fue quien nos entrego las llaves una persona super amable y simpatica, nos dio buenas recomendaciones de visita y de lugares para comer, la unica pega que podria poner al apartamento es que debajo tiene un bar que abre……

“Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar.”

“Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel……

“We spent four nights here at the end of May - for us, a perfect time to visit, before the summer crowds! This coastline was a revelation. It’s absolutely beautiful. But not so good for swimming, it’s designed for surfing for sure! The house was pretty much as we expected. Spacious and well equipped, in a quiet area about half a mile from the beach and the centre of Somo. Communication with the owner (who lives in Paris) was excellent and she was full of useful suggestions for places to visit. I……

“El anfitrión ha sido muy agradable con nosotros y comunicativo en todo momento,el apartamento está a 10 minutos andando del centro de Santander donde están todas las tiendas,el apartamento es nuevo y nos ha dado muchas facilidades para estar allí preocupándose porque estuviéramos agusti ,incluso nos ha dejado la cuna de viaje para mi bebé,no le falta de nada y lo recomendaría para futuras visitas en la ciudad,gracias Ivan has sido muy amable”

“We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. We had a lovely walk out to the Magdalena peninsula and palace which were stunning. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much!!”

“Cottage in centre of the village with a view of the historic church. Isla is a lovely historic village with a couple of bar/restaurants that were really good. The cottage was OK for our stay and a good base to visit the Cantabrian coast and mountains. Good size clean and tidy with plenty of towels and good bedding etc.. It's a little bit dated and needs some TLC to bring it into the expectations of 2023. Had a couple of problems with things that didn't work but lived with that rather than……

“We had a lovely stay in the apartment, which is located on the edge of Isla, but well in walking distance of the center and beaches. We enjoyed having breakfast in the small garden as well as dinner- we used the bbq several times. There are also good and affordable options for eating out in Isla We also enjoyed playing padel, the court is a bit worn-down, but still fine to play on. We did not use the swimming pool, but we did observe it was rarely crowded. The sea was just perfect, we mostly……
