this is a very Terrible experience． there are dozens of visitors came to the 3rd floor corridor on 01:30 and they’re made loud noise. They are joking, laughing, and knocking several doors( don’t know it there friends). Ron step out woken up because of the noise. I called front desk, but nobody came. And went out to ask them to keep quiet. Those Norwegians young men.( with suit and a decent dressing) look drunk and kept making noise for another hour. We couldn’t sleep at all. The next morning, we complained to the front desk, and the receptionist only replied” sorry we had a big conference, so might be a little bit, louder and inconvenience”. You are ignoring 99% of disciplined visitors , and asked us to tolerate the 1% rude persons. This is not an excuse, and couldn’t be accepted. We expressed our strong complaint and anger. We will not stay at clarion hotel anymore because you neglect the decent visitor’s rights.

More spacious than we imagined. Visually less decorated due to the emptiness. Condition all good and well equipped. The double bed is actually two single beds put together therefore there’s a gap in between.
