We had a couple of issues that were mainly out of the hosts control, but I can't fault the speed at which he addressed and rectified our concerns. It is a charming property with various areas for both family time and some privacy."

"Nice house , enough space for 6 ppl. Very quiet area . Nice to have dishwasher. 5min walk from the rocky beach. The closest sandy beach around 20 min walk . We didn't use jakuzzi as the water inside was dirty. Loads of places to walk around and enjoy beautiful ocean view ."

"Overall the villa was fairly good, but we did experienced some problems: Mainentrance door was very difficult to open, no light in 1 bedroom, dishwasher and stove didn't worked. After a phone call the door and light was fixed, but the dishwasher and stove didn't worked during our stay. Outdoor area and terrace was excellent. Very few restaurants in this area."

"We really enjoyed our 10 days in Villa Iris. Communication prior to stay was very good, check in easy with tour of villa. Very clean and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub was a bonus on chilly evenings. Best part for us is the sun terrace on top of house so you can always relax in the sun. "

"Our host Elke was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, even when we arrived in the dark around 9:45 in the evening. We had everything we needed in our little house, even an espresso maker! We enjoyed the pool, and we ate dinner outside on the patio nearly every night. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the local grocer. I would highly recommend this house and Elke as a host!"

"Could not of asked for more, the villa had everything you could ever need and more from adults to children. Could not believe how amazing it was the photos do not do it justice. Thank you so much for letting us stay in such a wonderful villa. "

"Great location in a quiet area. I wish there was more communication about using the gates around the property. We finally figured out that there is a button that looks more like a sensor to get out of the property. The room was clean, comfortable, and as described. We had a little bit of problems with the Wi-Fi a couple of times, but it finally was fixed. Overall, we had a good experience and would return."

"We loved this accommodation clean plenty of room for the 2 of us with everything you would need.Good location but need a car I would recommend this too anyone who wants a quiet relaxing break. "

"This property is probably the best we have ever stayed at. The quality of service is totally exceptional - the ethos of going the extra mile epitomises the brand of Ritz Carlton. They could never do too much from the bed turning down vservice to giving so much more. As it was our anniversary they made our room up with rose petals, a cake, bubbly and so much more. We had a truly exceptional stay. As it was also my birthday they made a wonderful gesture providing cake, wine and so much more. We are definitely returning to our now favorite location."
