“This hotel is stunning! We really enjoyed our stay albeit too short as we were only overnighting. The room was clean in bright colours with a view over the valley. The swimming pool and sun deck were ideal to enjoy the sunshine. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.”

“El lugar muy bonito, piscina con buen ambiente, tiene todo lo que necesita, pero es pequeña. La piscina de afuera no estaba en función. En la foto se pensaba que era mas grande. Desayuno muy bueno, tienen muchas opciones. Habitaciones buenas, lo único que yo quitaría es la alfombra, hace la habitación más oscura.”

“Es war einfach alles perfekt. Nichts ist dem Personal zu viel. Wem sehr gutes Essen und toller Service wichtig ist, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ganz großes Lob auch an die Kinderbetreuung - insbesondere Nadia. Wir waren vor knapp 5 Monaten das letzte Mal zu Gast und in der Zwischenzeit an anderen Urlaubsorten, in anderen Hotels mit Kinderprogramm. Unsere Kinder (5 und 3) fragen aber immer noch sehr regelmäßig, wann es wieder in die Traube geht.”

“Wir konnten schon vor dem offiziellen Check-in unser Zimmer beziehen. Zum Aus- und Beladen von schwereren Gepäckstücke kann man neben dem Gebäude kurzfristig parken. Das Parkhaus mit einem max. Tageshöchsatz von € 20 pro Tag ist gleich gegenüber dem Hotel und ist zu empfehlen. Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Uns hat der Teppichboden nicht gestört. 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser standen für uns bereit. Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage (sehr leise) funktionierten……

“非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了”

“Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.”
