"I came to visit my brother and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel, and found, what was listed at a rating of 8 to be a "10". I was greeted at the desk with a big smile in a very welcoming environment. I eat breakfast every morning, so even though one of the selling factors for deciding on this hotel was the hot breakfast. I came prepared to go out to eat. I decided to take a peek at the breakfast set-up before heading out, and was surprised, and yes, I stayed. But what set it over the top was an employee named Katie. She was awesome. What a great employee they have in her! Needless to say, the cleanliness, customer service in the other aspects of the hotel were just as awesome. To say this was an amazing stay would be an understatement!!! I frequent about 4 to 5 hotels a year, and I was impressed!"
