“I have never stayed at a place that was this visibly dirty but the worst part was the black mold in the bathroom ceiling. My son is asthmatic. We left soon after we checked in and we're able to find a much nicer hotel down the road. We had children and a senior dog with us so it was stressful having to find a last minute place. I am glad the front office was immediately willing to give us a full refund unfortunately I cannot recommend this place.”

“It was an average stay until I woke preparing to check out and find a cockroach in the shower. I videoed it to show the female that has been in the office every morning since my arrival. “We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……
