“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……
