“Place was clean but the ac unit was very loud and the bathroom smelled like there was a sewer problem”

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……

“I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was and it's amenities. Close driving distance to historic St Augustine. Breakfast was perfect and their staff helpful. They had a nice pool. The bushes around the pool just needed a little bush trimming. I would go back again.”
