“Very clean and nice lodging. Owners were great at communicating. Perfect base camp for anyone wanting to explore the valley and glacier. Only criticism would be that the tv in bedroom was not functioning. Not a big deal, would definitely stay again. ”

“My friend and I stayed in Unit B. It was beautiful, clean, and well located for our adventures. It was well stocked with pans, dishes, hair dryer, and other basics plus some thoughtful items. The two bedrooms plus 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom were perfect for us. I loved the high ceilings, the calm color scheme, and the kitchen with the big dining island was gorgeous. “Wow!! We LOVED this property! The view was amazing and the thought that went into every detail of the property was apparent from the finishings to the amenities! We especially loved the host sharing fresh farm eggs, homemade jam, berries, fresh baked cookies and even a hand made dish cloth. The monocular was an added bonus as we spotted an eagle minutes after arrival! Having a Blackstone to cook on was also a huge plus. We highly recommend this property! We loved the layout of our little cabin and you will sleep like a baby on that mattress!! Julie and Brian are perfect hosts. They are avaliable if needed and give you privacy! ”

“This home was larger than we thought it looked online, an older home but cozy. We had an extended stay and had no problems fully living life in here. Really is dog friendly. We and our dog were endlessly entertained by the local dogs which were insanely friendly. A nice safe area for walking with amazing views of mountains. Loved the drive, and Hatcher Pass and Government Peak are minutes away.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved using the kayaks. While watching them a bald eagle landed on the roof. It was amazing to see the wildlife there. Prefect spot on the lake for site seeing. ”
