“Endroit bien et simple. Bon pour une nuit ou deux. Épiceries et resto tout près. J'aurais préféré s'il y aurait eu des ustensiles, mais c'est bon. Comme la plupart des endroits, la tranquillité dépend de comment silencieux les voisins de chambre sont.”

“PROS: beautiful location, property, and room, large balcony with small kitchen area CONS: Basic service items insufficient or not even available: - coffee maker in room came without supplies; but they sell you coffee pods for 1 Euro ea. at the front desk, twice the nearby store price; - no paper towels or hand tissues available, even upon request (maid told us to 'just use toilet tissue') - getting a towel for the beautiful swimming pool is nothing short off a hassle:……

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“Hotel/Restaurent, la chambre était magnifique, Grande espace, belle salle de bain, auberge superbe. Restaurent ouvert le midi pour les touristes et resto ouvert le soir seulement pour les clients. Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent”

“Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, jedoch keine weiteren Pflegeutensilien wie z.B. Wattestäbchen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem……

“The property was well maintained, the staff was very pleasant and helpful! The rooms are pretty spacious, and clean. However, they need to replace the bathing towels, its were not cleaned. Also, there was incident occurred, while I was in the room, staff has entered twice stating that they were asked to come check on the room for cleaning. It was first time, a female, then an hour later, a male showed up. I asked them both why are you entering the room when I have already checked in, and……

“L'accueil du personnel très sympathique et ont été très accommodant. On a eu besoin à quelque reprises de leur service et à chaque fois, la réponse a été rapide . L'emplacement est sécuritaire et tres bien situé.”

“There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby……

“Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine ! La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. L’emplacement est idéal pour vadrouiller et découvrir toute l’île. Nous avons également……

“Les accessoires facilitant tels que, étaient inexistants: papier aluminium ou petits contenants pour ranger notre nourriture au frigo, 2 rouleaux papiers hygiéniques pour 2 adultes c est beaucoup trop peu pour 1 semaine. J ai jamais vue ça auparavant devoir aller porter nos vidanges nous même à quelques rues de la chambre. Dans l annonce nous n avions pas compris que notre balcon était directement au dessus des 3 restaurants ayant un fort volume de musique le soir. Par contre cela n était pas……
