“Das Zimmer wurde täglich mehr oder weniger gereinigt. Nicht immer wurde der Boden gewischt, teilweise lagen Flusen über Tage auf dem Boden und auch Handtücher wurden nicht zuverlässig ausgetauscht. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt und ohne Störungen funktioniert. Auf der Terrasse standen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln zur Verfügung. Duschgel und Shampoo waren vorhanden, jedoch keine weiteren Pflegeutensilien wie z.B. Wattestäbchen. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem……

“Property has no one to assist with bags and also did not understand me clearly had they did not speck English too good. WiFi was not working making it hard for us to communicate with the driver for the next day. The deposit was not refunded back to me after over a week. Which I was told it would be canceled the following day one no items were as found broken ”

“Hotel/Restaurent, la chambre était magnifique, Grande espace, belle salle de bain, auberge superbe. Restaurent ouvert le midi pour les touristes et resto ouvert le soir seulement pour les clients. Seulement, le personnel semblent un peut à bout des touristes, moins souriant et on dirait qu'on les dérangent”

“Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine ! La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. “There is NO beach at this hotel. There is a small , not very nice beach a short distance away but it is NOT a beach for spending any time. The hotel room had an ocean view but also a view of the port, which is the neighbouring property, and the marina. The pool is very small and the chairs around it are few. As far as value for money goes it doesn't match the price. The gym is minuscule and breakfast is NOT included. We had to pay 17 Euro per person for breakfast AND there are no nearby……
