Gîte *** "Le Clos du Mapré" with Pool- Spa-Hammam, 3 bedrooms

Located in Ménil, a small Vosgian village of 1100 inhabitants, "Le Clos du Mapré" welcomes you in a green setting, surrounded by mountains.
In this haven of peace, come and enjoy the calm and discover this region with many walks.
Fully independent with entrance and private parking, you will discover a magnificent apartment, very spacious and comfortable, fitted upstairs.
You will benefit from a 2500 m² playground, bordering a stream, fenced, with outdoor games including swing, slide ..., table tennis
You will enjoy the outdoor terrace next to the swimming pool with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.
The swimming pool is in service from May to September and complies with the regulations applicable to private swimming pools for collective use. It is shared with another gîte.
The water analysis carried out by the I. P.L. Health Environment is transmitted to the ARS (Regional Health Agency) and meets health and safety standards.
The opening of the pool enclosure is automated and secure;
The pool is covered and discoverable by you, allowing swimming in all weathers. It is heated by solar panels whose temperature is regulated according to weather conditions. It is included in the rental price.
Access to the pool has been specially designed to allow younger children to be able to play there with confidence in the presence of their parents.Pool with vidéo surveillance
The design of the closed shelter allows you to move around freely, sheltered from the wind, in a pleasant space and environment.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Wohnung, das Schwimmbad und das Anwesen sind sauber und gepflegt. Es ist ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus und die Anlage sind absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Pool war die perfekte Erholung nach einem Ausflugtag. Die Hausherren haben uns bei jeder Frage sehr gut weitergeholfen und unseren Aufenthalt dadurch nochmals verbessert. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Eine Oase der Ruhe
Wir haben die Ruhe und den schönen Blick und vor allen Dingen den Pool als Hallenbad genossen, weil das Wetter nicht das Beste war. Unsere Gastgeber, Francoise und Denis, haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert, als wir eine Autopanne hatten. Da war es sehr hilfreich, dass Francoise fließend Deutsch spricht. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder bei besserem Wetter.

Très bon sejour
Le logement est très fonctionnel, la piscine et le jardin sont top. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont guidé sur des sites et auberge très sympas à visiter. Nous serions ravi de refaire un séjour là-bas.

Coronabedingt nicht so wie erwartet
Wir haben über fewo gebucht und hier wurde leider nicht angegeben das der Wellnessbereich wegen Corona geschlossen hat. Bei abritel steht es drin. Nach Anfrage auf Erstattung eines Teilbetrags wurde uns mitgeteilt das Sie nichts dafür können und wir somit keinen Teilbetrag zurück bekommen haben. Dies ist sehr schade, denn wir haben dieses Objekt wegen des Spa so gebucht und es wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt das dieser geschlossen hat.

Mooi gelegen en goed uitgeruste vakantiewoning in Le Ménil
We hebben een zeer aangename vakantie gehad in deze vakantiewoning in Le Ménil. De woning is zeer rustig gelegen in een mooie omgeving met een heuvellandschap eromheen. Ze is heel goed uitgerust met alle noodzakelijke benodigdheden. In de tuin is er naast een zwembad ook nog een badmintonveld, pingpongtafel, schommel en glijbaan aanwezig. Ideaal dus voor (kleine) kinderen. Het is ook een goede uitvalsbasis om fietstochten te maken in de Vogezen, wij hebben tijdens onze vakantie verschillende bekende en minder bekende cols beklommen (Grand Ballon, Ballon d'Alsace, Col de Grosse Pierre, Col de la Croix des Moinats, Col de Sapois, ....). De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo hebben ze bijvoorbeeld mee geholpen om de BBQ aan te krijgen. Je kan er steeds terecht voor vragen, ze proberen om de vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

"Hörst Du das?" - "Nein, was?" - "Na, eben... es ist so still"... Der Urlaub bei den Pernots war einfach herrlich. Angekommen in einer perfekt sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung geniesst man vom ersten Augenblick die Ruhe und die Natur in dieser tollen Gegend. Der riesige Garten mit dem angrenzenden Bach bietet den Kindern tolle Möglichkeiten zum Spielen und Entdecken, Autos fahren hier praktisch keine, von Zeit zu Zeit hört man aus der Ferne mal eine Kuh oder einen Esel rufen. Dennoch sind alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten in 7 min (Auto) vorhanden. Bei bestem Wetter konnten wir den tollen Pool genießen, der Dank der Überdachung auch bei mäßigem Wetter genutzt werden kann. Die Vogesen bieten für alle Naturinteressierten tolle Möglichkeiten für alle Ansprüche. Wandern, Klettern, Radfahren (auch für Familien auf der alten Bahnlinie ohne Steigung)... Auch in Corona-Zeiten kann man hier beruhigt Urlaub machen, die Familie Pernot legt grössten Wert auf Hygiene und Desinfektion im Sinne der Gäste. Pool und alle Kontaktflächen wurden regelmäßig gereinigt und desinfiziert, man fühlte sich absolut gut aufgehoben. Die liebenswerte Gastfamilie gibt einem ab dem ersten Moment das Gefühl, "Willkommen" zu sein, immer diskret im Hintergrund, aber bei Bedarf steht die ganze Familie für Spiel, Spaß, Hilfe und Tipps zur Verfügung. Einfach Klasse. Auch für deutsche Gäste mit wenig Französischkenntnissen ist der Aufenthalt hier empfehlenswert, da Frau Pernot fließend Deutsch spricht und jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung steht. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für den schönen Urlaub und werden gerne wiederkommen...

Séjour agréable malgré température de la piscine.
Propriétaires Très accueillants, Très propre et bien équipés, bonne literie, Entrée indépendante même si les propriétaires sont en dessous. L'appartement que l'on occupait était au dessus, avec des escaliers, pas très pratique avec des enfants pour manger à la terrasse qui se situait au rez de chaussée, dommage car on en a pas profitée. Magnifique piscine mais eau très froide ! on a été séduit par le fait qu'elle soit couverte et chauffée pour les enfants au cas où le mauvais temps serait là. Malheureusement c'était le cas, on en a profité que 3 fois et pas longtemps. On aurait aimé qu'elle soit moins glacial... Dommage pour les enfants. Néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour, beaucoup d'activités à faire aux environs.

Superbe Week petit sejour
Propriété vraiment sympa, au coeur des vosges - cadres très propre très rural idéal pour une repos en famille. Il était trop tot pour nous pour profiter de la piscine, mais le spar au couché de soleil, je recommande !! :) Nos hôtes étaient très bienveillant et aimable, ont tout fait pour que le séjour soit parfait.... merci a eux !

Mieux qu'à la maison, et en plein cœur des Vosges !!!
Le gîte le plus équipé qu'il nous ait été donné de louer, spacieux, calme, fonctionnel, où il aurait fait bon rester enfermés si le temps nous y avait contraint. Et un spa à faire rougir les plus grands établissements. A 30 minutes des stations de ski nordique et alpin de La BRESSE, à 20 minutes du parc aventure (accrobranche, tyrolienne, bois des lutins !!!), a proximité immédiate de sentiers de randonnées, centre équestre, ferme... Merci Françoise et Denis pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et vos bons conseils. Nous reviendrons aux beaux jours pour profiter aussi de la piscine !

Gîte superbe qui permet de passer un excellent séjour!
Gîte très bien située au calme, avec une vue sur la forêt et les montagnes environnantes, tout en étant prêt de toutes les commodités. On y trouve tout pour se détendre, un magnifique jardin, un terrain de boules, une table de ping-pong, un filet de badminton et surtout une superbe piscine parfaitement entretenue au quotidien, on s’y baigne avec plaisir sans se poser de questions! Propreté exemplaire de tout le logement, avec du matériel de qualité! Très fonctionnel, bien équipé, on se sent comme chez soi! Tout au long du séjour, les hôtes, tout en restant discrets, sont aux petits soins pour notre bien être. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour. On se sent en sécurité surtout en ces temps si Particulier de pandémie liée au COVID. Nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand des plaisirs.

Séjour parfait chez Mr et Mme Pernot
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Mr et Mme Pernot la dernière semaine de décembre. Des propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants et disponibles pour leurs locataires. Le gîte, situé dans un endroit paisible, est conforme au descriptif du site et très bien équipé. L'espace Spa, très beau et moderne, est un atout pour le gîte. Excellent gîte à recommander.
