We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. “The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there.
