We had car broken on the way to the hotel and the host assisted us a lot and almost deal with everything for us with complicated car rental agent. We really really appreciate this. “Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room with amazing view. (Room 7). Very nice balcony. In the center of the village. Easy walking to everything. I would stay there again. “The hotel price is overprice. In gilgen lake cost are all private property , you can not use the advantage of being so near to the lake . The hotel owner see visitors as potential theft , in the morning there was a very rude woman saying that you can pack anything from the breakfast and even she is always watching visitors what they eat what they do , it is annoying and not kind I think .”
