"Everything was wonderful! I appreciate getting daily text messages about updates on the property and also could text the front desk for anything that we needed. The staff was quick with requests. Room was spacious and loved having a full kitchen and a great patio with a table and chairs. The free laundry was a total bonus! We booked another week to come back as we enjoyed it so much!"

"The GOOD- The resort grounds are be beautiful- the golf carts to get around are prompt and plentiful, walk along the beach to the bar on the beach with the tarpon at the dock it’s awesome, the view from the swim up bar is awesome The BAD- service at the restaurant is AWFUL- plan at least an hr before you have food once you are seated, we never had a remote to work the blinds in the room even with multiple walks to report it, mold on the shower seat, no housekeeping service - Expedia states house keeping upon request we were denied the request, bartender at the swim up bar is rude"

"Stayed one night, that’s the maximum I’d stay here. Perfect location if you’re looking to walk to airport other than that it’s very dated, no amenities or food. You’d have to drive somewhere to get it."

"The attitude of most of their staff is terrible. They lack apt customer service skills most of the time they barely greet you acknowledge you. They look irritated. They go straight to the points no acknowledgment no small talk. No customer service to make you feel welcome."
