When we got to the hotel. The pool, hot tub and sauna were not working the whole weekend, our shower didn't work, our window was leaking and the food worker was very disrespectful, my grandmother is disabled so she couldn't walk all the way to the breakfast area, I asked for a box for her and they refused and said she'd have to walk down if she wanted breakfast. The beds were super comfy tho!

Clean and a great breakfast. The hotel seems to be in the process of trying to increase it's star rating. When I stayed it was relatively cheap and great value.

Heater in my original room was broken, at first I was told to wait until 7am when maintenance would be there. When I said I'd just take a refund I was instead moved to another room. This room was full of black mold on the ceilings and corners. Little flying bugs everywhere. And the bed looked like it was already slept in.

The property seems to be under new management. They are doing some renovations and bringing the property back to life. The only thing I might suggest is fixing the ice machine and adding to the breakfast buffet.

Shower and toilet was dirty, shower did not drain and the water came out brown for the first few seconds. I could not shower. Gross. Walls are extremely thin and a smoke detector was blinking all night. Would NOT recommend this place

You can see the hotel just got taken over by new owners, rooms are clean amenities like pool gym and spa are ok. Needs a little more cleaning in general, little things need to fix as it’s old and starting to break down. Restaurant is very good , but all depending what manager is there, customer service is lacking

Front desk young lady was wonderful and helpful. The hotel and parking lot are obviously under remodeling. Our room was nice and clean. But electric switches in bathroom were dirty. Dispensing machines worked when they wanted after many tries. No hot coffee in restaurant buffet AM. Some coffee came out of urn but found it was cold. So coffee was never made and everyone was waiting. So the front desk was great at check in and check out. Room was clean. Definitely a dated hotel.

Most was run down and not working. What’s more, Expedia‘s charge caught the staff by surprise because they thought I paid for two nights. I thought the staff members were very honest, even though housekeeping manager walked in my room after I checked in…. Lack of communication! The price I paid was not what the pictures provided for this hotel. Pls review them!
