“For the most part, "yes". For our preferences, we would have preferred a standard toaster rather than the toaster/oven. I like to cook and I could also have used more in the way of pots, pans and utensils. I did manage to make some chicken soup in one of the fry pans but that was less than ideal. A spatula for flipping eggs would have helped but I managed with the mayo spreader. The appliances were all very nice. I especially like the clean flat surface on the stovetop.A quick trip to……

“Nice quiet neighborhood, got out one morning and did a quick little walk throughout the neighborhood, cold swimming pool and hot hot tub. Rebecca contacted us every day to see if we had any needs. Very enjoyable place to stay.”

“Cold water at bathroom sink did not work. Host responded after I left a note at checkout that there was a leak. We also found leftover pizza in the small fridge at check in. Room was very cold and damp feeling. It appears they only turn on heater when needed. Underwhelmed.”

“The property has been modernized inside. I will book it again if it's available. The yard is in need of a gardener but that took nothing away from my stay. Clean and very user friendly. I come to fish the Sacramento river in Redding. It's minutes away. Downtown Redding has wonderful places to eat. Jacks Grill is a new favorite. Fall River Brewing also a new favorite for fantastic beers. Come back to Summit street and relax in front of the tv, hang out in the kitchen and go to sleep in a comfy……

“Well appointed, older home in north Redding near Shasta Lake. Good sized house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipt. Landload easily accessable and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no traffic. Close to grocery store and near downtown and the mall. No issues, easy stay for us. Would book this house again.”
