A nice table and chairs are provided on the back deck but the yard and surrounding area are dismal. A privacy fence and creation of a small patio would make this home top notch. "

"Needs some TLC, updated decor, maintenance and a deep cleaning. The master bathroom sink doesn’t drain, no extra toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags. No towel rack or hooks in guest bathroom, no toilet paper holder in guest bathroom. Bedroom closets are full of random junk and was not able to use them. Not able to use the TV, no DVD player or DVDs. Needs a radio or Bluetooth speaker, needs alarm clock in bedrooms. No books to read, no deck of cards. Needs a tea kettle, foil, ziplock bags....
