“My husband and I stayed in SLC for a few nights before heading to Moab and Zion. The penthouse was perfectly comfortable, clean, stocked, and in a great location. Instructions for finding it were very clear and easy to follow. The bath tub has high sides, so be careful climbing in and out All in all, it was a fantastic stay- we would highly recommend ”

“The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing……

“I absolutely loved this rental. It was roomy and clean. It was right across the street from Sprouts and usually within three miles of all our destinations. The checkin/checkout was super easy. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City. ”

“A really nice, small apartment a 12-minute (very hilly) walk from the university of Utah. Clean with a small galley kitchen. Bathroom was nice, but the shower is extremely small with a step-down that takes a bit of getting used to.The only problem we had was in the technology area. It took two days (and multiple text messages) to get the internet working (a hardware issue with a faulty micro usb connection), but it worked fine for the remainder of my wife’s conference at the university. “This is our second time staying here while we attended a concert in Salt Lake City. The location and the space are incredible. Very comfortable for a group of 10 and you don’t have to worry about being a little noisy as it is right over the Benihana restaurant. Out the door (down the steps) and grab an electric scooter and you are ready to explore. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on……
