Heruntergekommene und verdreckte Unterkunft. Angekündigte Leistungen (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier) wurden nicht erbracht. TV, WLAN, Kaffeemaschine und selbst Basics wie ein Rauchmelder waren nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde man vertröstet und bis zur Abreise keinerlei Abhilfe geschaffen. Wiederliche Unterkunft, die umgehend aus der Buchung bei Expedia entfernt werden MUSS! Eine Erstattungsforderung geht in Kürze an Sie raus!

Es gab Mängel, so dass der Fernseher nicht funktionierte und das Wasser in der Toilette nicht herauskam und die Bettdecken mit Urinflecken verschmutzt waren und diese Decken jedoch nicht abgedeckt waren Reste waren in Ordnung. Vielen Dank

Appartement insalubre, la chasse d'eau des wc était cassée ( il y avait encore des matieres fecales lorsqu on est arrivé), pas de robinet à l'evier de la cuisine, pas de lattes de sommier dans le lit (le matelat tombe par terre), fils électriques dénudés à côté du lavabo dans la salle de bain... tout est sale. Nous avons appelé les responsables 4 fois et envoyé des photos à l'adresse mail qu'ils nous avaient indiqué : ils ne nous ont jamais rappelé pour trouver une solution. Nous avons du trouver un autre hôtel pour le soir même car impossible de dormir dans ce taudis ! Nous avons envoyé un mail pou demander un remboursement et les frais de surplus de réservation d'un autre hôtel : pas de reponse, pas de rappel... une honte !

Honnêtement, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel autant malpropre que ça. Mis à part les draps et les serviettes qui elles étaient propres, le logement était exécrable! Clairement le logement n'a pas été nettoyé. Salle de bain terrible, des éclaboussures, des cheveux partout, la douche avait des coulisses et de l'accumulation de saletés, puis le plancher était pareil dans tout le logement. La vaisselle était sale et il manquait des choses (une seule coupe, une seule tasse). Bref, les photos étaient bien, mais la réalité en est toute autre! Les photos doivent dater! Vraiment, si on pouvait mettre 0/10, on le ferait. C'est le seul point négatif de tout notre voyage en Europe; l'hôtel de Liège... Décevant et frustrant.

NON POSSONO AFFITTARE IN QUESTE CONDIZIONI

Appartamento MOLTO sporco. Non ci sono copri piumini e copri federe. Bisogna dormire direttamente con dei piumini pieni di macchie nere, gialle di urina, rosse, ecc ecc prenotazione per 4 2 asciugamani grandi. I porta sapone vuoti Sotto i letti, si può scrivere un trattato!

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT

Studio horrible et insalubre, très sale, nous avons trouvé des boîtes à rats dans la cuisine, des sachet congélation pour boucher les fuite d'eau. Nous avons demander a changer de studio et le personnel n'a fais aucun effort, nous avons reserver et payer en avance 3 nuits et avons du quitter les lieux le jour même de notre arrivée sans obtenir aucun remboursement, une honte!!!

La plus mauvaise expérience de notre vie !

La plus mauvaise expérience de notre vie ! L'enregistrement : il faut s'inscrire sur leur plateforme en plus de l'enregistrement de Hotels.com et payer une caution. Le site est tellement mal fait que j'y ai passé plus d'une heure... sans y arriver. La centrale téléphonique de l'établissement répond après 10 - 15 minutes ! Arrivé sur site : le code de l'appartement ne fonctionne pas. Obligé d'appeler a nouveau leur call center et perdre 10 minutes. Une fois dans l'appartement : Beaucoup de choses à réparer ! Le chauffage ne fonctionne pas ! il fait -1° dehors. Beaucoup d'ampoules sont défectueuses ; Couloir d'entrée et toilettes. Pas de rideaux ... merci pour l'intimité ! Terrible odeur de tabac dans tout l'appart !!! Un radiateur en panne dans une chambre ! Bref : plus JAMAIS

Great location of the Perron flats at the heart of the historic centre of Liège; flat is good for 2 pax but actually a bit too small; quiet place; view at the backyard.

A place almost like home in the heart of Liège

The flat is located in the centre of the old town of Liège: a great location to start off with in order to explore the city and its sights. A place almost like home in the heart of a vibrant city. The flat comes with everything you may need; it’s a bit small for 2 people, especially if you intend to stay in for some time but it should be perfect for those doing sight seeing, museums etc. Unfortunately, you won’t see much of the staff but they’re available all the time—by phone or email. They provide an excellent service and go out of their way to assist you. Thanks a lot for making our stay with you a memorable one!

Appart comfy en plein centre de liege

Nous avons loue le flat pour un court sejour en famille a Liege. L'endroit est parfait a proximite des bars et restaurants. Nous avions un peu peur du bruit mais l'isolation est parfaite et nous avons pu dormir sur nos deux oreilles. 2 chambres dont une avec salle de bains, plus le canape lit dans le salon, parfait pour que tout le monde se sente bien. Machine a laver sur place. Checkin facile avec le code de la porte, pas besoin de s'occuper des clefs. Modem wifi dedie et rapide. Tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir a la maison. Par contre pas de parking dans la rue, le plus proche est sous la place saint-lambert, compter 20 EUR / 24h.

Ideal Central Location

Ideal central location for the most interesting part of Liège. Complex digital key access codes, quite long two different ones for main door and flat door - little chance of committing them to memory during a short stay! The apartment with terrace is comfortable enough, though compact, we would stay again because it’s location is ideal!

Not recommended!!

We paid extra to park in the garage underneath the apartment. When we arrived the remote for the gate would not work. So at last we got hold of someone who lived in the building that could open for us. The apartment smelled strongly of smoke, and was extremely hot!! No aircondition, no fans or anything, so during the night the temperature was over 30 degrees. The bed sofa was not made up, and we could not find any linen for it. We sent message to the owner, but by the time we got answer the kids were already asleep - all three in one bed. When we were leaving, the gate was again a problem, and we had to wake up some of the others living in the building to get them to open it for us. All in all I would absolutely not recommend the apartment even though the location in the town was good.
