Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The holiday home is located in a holiday complex, on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. In a beautiful residential area between Lignano Sabbiadoro and Pineta are the terraced villas, which are about 1km away from the beach and the town center of Sabbiadoro. Parking (for 1 car) on the property and the street in front of the house. The covered parking in the basement of the house is suitable for two smaller or one larger car. Additional parking is available on the public road.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September). Depending on weather conditions, the pool is open from mid-May to mid-September.

Basement: Cellar (not heatable) with this room used as a laundry room, as the washing machine is located here.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, access to the balcony and all beds in the bedroom have a topper. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
