“The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. “The service was excellent. Owner of the property speak very good english, he is friendly and always ready to help. The property is well decorate and the floor heating keep you warm. Breakfast was definitely much better than the other properties that we had experience in our trip there. ”

Schon bei den Vorbereitungen hat uns Julia, die übrigens sehr gut Englisch spricht, per WeChat beraten sowie den unentgeltlichen Transport vom Bahnhof Lijiang organisiert. Der Empfang durch Julia und ihre Mitarbeiterinnen war dann auch entsprechend herzlich und zuvorkommend.
