The hotel was lovely and wee-located. It is near Kennedy Park and the ocean overlook. The staff is helpful and professional, and the onsite restaurants are great! We would stay again.

Very convenient to many great restaurants and other sites. The rooms were perfect. The staff was amazing, especially Diego who arranged reservations for us for dinners while we were on a tour. He went beyond to help us. So very nice of him! Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location near Parc Kennedy, walkable to lots of bars & restaurants. The hotel is essentially brand new. Helpful staff, amazing beds and pillows. However, there is a bit of a design flaw, Do not stay in the rooms directly below the gym (9th floor). Initially we were in 809 and we were woken up by what I initially thought were kids...but in fact was the repeated landing motion of someone running on a treadmill. Staff changed us to 508, but even there, there was a slight murmur. This should impact rooms 07 to 09 on the floors below the gym.

Hotel is about 5 months old and was absoleutly lovely to stay at. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly. Very helpful. Benedict was awesome, made great conversation and had helpful suggestions. We had drinks and breakfast at the hotel and were not disappointed. Their pisco punch was delicious. The room was neat and clean. It's a 8 minutes walk to Panchita and even less to the busy city centre. Great location!
