"The house is large and is a great place to go with a larger group. Check in was very easy and the host was responsive when we had questions. We all loved the pool of course, and there are a bunch of toys and floats already there. Having a washer and dryer on the property was also a nice bonus. The beds were all very comfortable. There is only a Keurig machine, so if you need actual coffee, bring a coffee maker. But there was a large variety of k-cups provided. Overall, the house the was perfect...

"The Timbers and Christmas Mountain exceeded our expectations! The unit provided beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/dishes/detergents/laundry! It had everything we needed! It was clean and comfortable and the staff was accommodating and checked in often via text which was so nice! "
