I was in a back room. The room was nicer than expected. When we arrived we had a KFC box with contents in our fridge which also had spilt orange juice on inside of door. The bedside cupboards were dusty and one had a drawer handle missing. The bed was comfortable however the staff need to learn how to make a bed......very roughly executed. No glasses and the 2 mugs were dirty. We were overcharged and when I approached the manager about this I was told they would look into it. The next day I was told the same so I told the receptionist I wanted a refund of the overcharge put back on my credit card immediately as I had proof and the manager did also. She eventially did it. This continued throughout the whole night.
