Francesca hat uns nett empfangen und uns alles erklärt und uns zur Garage geführt. Nur über die extra 145 Euro waren wir ein bisschen überrascht.Lange ist super. Direkt am Strand und direkt in der Innenstadt die nie schläft. Wir selbst sind eher schlecht eingeschlafen da das Schlafzimmer Richtung Gastrobetriebe die natürlich bis 02.00 krach gemacht haben. Und andere Geschäfte und Gewerke sind schon morgens wieder gegen 6.00 wach und haben uns aus dem Bett geschmissen.Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber. Das Bad war super ausgestattet. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer war zu wenig. Hätten uns gern eine im Schlafzimmer gewünscht.

Ottima aria condizionata, un po' faticoso salire la rampa di scale fino al primo piano x me che ho avuto problemi alle gambe e con un bimbo piccolo, fattibilissimo x giovani. Una nota farei una segnalazione x far aggiustare il miscelatore della doccia.

Alloggio all’inizio della zona pedonale/storica di loano e vicinissimo alla spiaggia oltre che ai supermercati.pulitissimo e dotato di tutto ciò che serve.è arioso e luminoso con soffitti altissimi.non ho mai dovuto prendere la macchina fotografica per raggiungere i posti d’interesse.la signora Francesca è di una gentilezza e disponibilità squisita.eravamo solo io e mio figlio di 4 anni ma torneremo certamente con tutta la famiglia.

Appartamento a pochi metri dal budello

Ho passato 3 giorni nell’appartamento di Francesca insieme al mio compagno ed al nostro bambino di 4 anni. La casa si trova a pochi metri dal budello di Loano,quindi comodo per tutto. Una volta parcheggiata la macchina si potrà evitare di usarla fino al giorno della partenza. É arredato con gusto ,pulito e curato nei dettagli. Siamo stati benissimo ;Francesca è gentile ,precisa e disponibile. Sarò contenta se potrò tornarci in futuro !

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione. Era molto pulito e la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. La casa è in super centro, vicinissimo a negozi, ristoranti e al mare. C'è l'ascensore, ma prima di raggiungerlo bisogna fare una scala stretta e un po' ripida (credo che quasi tutte le case del centro abbiano degli scalini iniziali).

Central Loano 5 Stars

Can't beat this location, next to the clock tower and immediately onto shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Air conditioning made a big difference during the hot weather, and a nice break to the day. Francesca was very easy to communicate with and easily available for check in and any queries. The property does have a flight of stairs to initially enter off of the road, but thereafter there is a (slow) elevator to access the top floor apartment. Well appointed, it had most things, except as per the property post, no sheets or towels or bathroom mats, so bring accordingly. Overall the property made for a great central base in Loano for a few days, kids friendly too with a sleeping cot, high chair seat and a kids bath. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Francesca e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La proprietaria é stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, incluso un consiglio per una cena in famiglia. Soggiornato qui con mia moglie e due bimbi piccoli per l’ultima settimana di agosto — struttura ideale e curato in modo pratico.Appena esci da casa hai tutto a portato di mano. .. comodo se ti manca qualcosa e devi andare al super o vuoi una brioche fresca , gelato ecc. Casa tranquilla e con AC non ti accorgi tanti dei ristoranti (è zona dei carruggi).Unica scomodita è che devi portare proprie asciugamani e lenzuola per via del Covid.
