“The stay was good and staff was helpful. My room had No Television reception. Staff tried but not hooked up. Maintenance said that room was on the list not too occupy.”

“The staff were very helpful, polite, and outstanding. Unfortunately I had a good bit of issues with the lights in my room not turning on, which was pretty frustrating after an exhausting day. Maintenance had already left, so there was nothing they could do. Couldn’t find me a new room since they were overbooked. Could have been worse - the man in line ahead of me couldn’t even get the room he booked, as they had been oversold. I managed to make the lights work after fidgeting with power box for……
