“The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”

“Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning……

“My husband and I had an amazing experience at this motel! Raj went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful weekend. First, I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of nonsmoking, and he quickly made the change for us and got us into a nonsmoking room. The room was clearly recently renovated and huge! It was also super clean. We stayed in the Hawaiian room for our last night, and it was SO MUCH FUN!! I highly recommend this spot if you are going to Northcoast like we did. The motel……
