“This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just……

“We had no explicit directions about the location, couldnt get in, texted the property owner, she replied 3 hours later, 2 paper towels on the existing roll, toilet paper roll was nearly out, old k cup in the keurig, debris on the floor, the bed was awful. My husband and i sank into the middle of it. It made a retched squeking sound anytime i moved. I was not worth the pricing. The curtains were haphazardly hung. 2 total k-cups of coffee for 2 people. Not happy with this experience at all. ”

“The cutest fall staycation ! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cool nights. It was very relaxing, even for the kids! The cabin had everything you needed and have a luxurious vibe! “We had a great time. The home was very well kept and the secluded private area was amazing. The home was equipped well with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, plates, cups and silverware. Just a few things to note but doesnt reduce my rating. The listing says a TV in bedroom 1 and 2 and the living room, there is no tv in bedroom 1. The bed in bedroom one is EXTREMELY squeaky, anytime 1 of us moved the noise woke the other up, after the first night i had to resort to the couch.. We arrived earlier……

“The apartment is large with plenty of room for a family. We were attending a concert in State College. I am so glad we pick this apartment. It is beautiful inside and comfortable. The beds were comfortable so we did get well rested. The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need. The area is beautiful and historical. There is nice stores and restaurants. There is a wonderful park 2 blocks away that my dogs really enjoyed.”

“Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the fabulous exterior. Inside was everything we needed for a great weekend. Our goal was hiking and this location did not disappoint. If you are looking for outdoor fun in the hot or cold weather this is IT! Proximity to any and every outdoor activity is our top recommendation. Our host was very responsive, so important when you mostly off the grid. But internet at the place was solid. FYI our GPS led us to 244 instead of 231 Poe Valley Road.”
