Hotel is very nice. Our rooms were great, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was more for German taste, not so great for American taste.

unfreundliches und unmotiviertes Personal, beim einchecken um 17.30 Uhr Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt, nur eine Box mit einem Kuvert und der Zimmmerkarte ohne weitere Informationen. Hotel ansonsten ganz OK, zentral gelegen, Altstadt ca . 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, Fahrräder können in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden. Frühstück OK. Für einen Kurztripp trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Obwohl das Hotel offiziell einen Whirlpool und Saune hat (was bei der Auswahl des Hotels durchaus eine Roller gespielt hat), wurde nirgends kommuniziert, dass diese momentan - angeblich wegen Renovierung - nicht verfügbar ist. Finde ich persönlich eine Frechheit, da damit geworben wird.
