Nice hotel and location, food is very good; staff try but could benefit from some training. Some of the facilities are not aging well so I can see how it can be frustrating. The suite we had was nice and roomy. We will return.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
I wasn't impressed with their bathroom facilities but their staff was excellent and the hotel has two perfect places to have dinner. Parking here is very expensive. The location is very convenient.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
The room was clean. There is nowhere to put clothes, no dresser, closet, not even a luggage stand. 4 small hooks on the wall which only hold one item each. But location is top notch!
