Host cancelled last minute

Little to No communication with the host. Contacted him an hour before we were to arrive. He phoned back to say that the accommodation was not ready and or available. Total nightmare. We had booked over two months in advance.

Bathroom Not clean - missing shower curtain and mold present. No hand soap in bathroom nor enough towels for the number of us staying. Toilet paper holder broken. Bedding was substandard and looked to be in need of replacing. Only two glasses for drinking available in the kitchen. Wall paper and “decorations” poorly installed. Badly in need of general cleaning and refurbishing.
