I am not able to give a review of the place as while I was sitting in Heathrow, it was cancelled on me. That was after numerous attempts the week prior to the trip to receive directions to the place. Email after email was met with silence. I was sitting at Heathrow at 7:00 am because I had no idea where I should go. I was told that there was a flood in the apartment. I really think it was overbooked from another 3rd party. Read the other external reviews from VRBO. Unfortunately, I was not lucky enough to receive a better place. Just a refund on my payment. I also blame VRBO. I tried reaching out to them three days prior to our date and they continued to say give the owner time since you do not arrive for another three days. I have used VRBO many many times but have never had this treatment. From an owner or VRBO. What was supposed to be a long needed vacation turned into a stressful one. We had booked this place for 8 days. Try finding another place in London on the spot. I am a reasonable person but my suggestion to the owner is communication. That is always the best way to handle any problem. For VRBO, find another comparable place for us at same price. Bad business.
