“The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish ”

“A very comfortable, fun, and relaxing place to stay. I would stay here again if in the Fort Smith area. Very easy to access all parts of town.”

“The lady at the front desk was the best part of the stay. Upon arrival and inspection of the beds we discovered mattress covers that were filthy and stained with what appeared to be blood and other unsanitary items and the room smelled strongly of mold/mildew. The lady at the front desk put us in another room that met our needs for the evening and as it was after midnight we elected to stay. The breakfast was limited. Grateful for a place to stay while traveling and making a last minute……

“Our stay was short but good value for the price we paid. We didn't try many of the amenities (breakafast, pool, business center) but they seemed to be in good working order. I appreciated the updated digital experience (USB ports, Smart TV, internet) as some hotels still don't have these. I also liked that we were close to the places we needed to be within about 5-6 minutes. The one issue I did have was the fitness center. I needed a second key card to get in due to an issue with the lock……

“Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. Another customer told me he was looking for the staff too. I rang the bell at the front desk and after a couple of minutes a woman came. She took care of the other customer. Just as I was next the phone wrangler and the clerk took the call and proceeded to make a reservation while I stood there and waited. This is not right! She should have told the customer on the phone to wait until she checked me in but she didn't. I wasn't happy about that!!!……
