"We could not have had a better place to stay since we were trying to be close to family but did not know what to expect. Our suite was very clean, but could have used a few things like towel racks, some place to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering, paper towels, and wash clothes. The food was excellent for breakfast. The pool was so awesome with a charming atmosphere. But the staff was the best part. So caring and helpful. "Great for carnival, but it is a bit of a walk from Everything and taxis are hard to get so you should try to get your own taxi driver. But even still is hard to navigate through the roads so your best bet is to walk. I would definitely stay here again, but I would look into closer hotels, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very nice."

"The business facility was not appropriate since there were mold in the bathroom ceiling and leak in the bathroom sink. There was a cracked in the wall above the TV, there were not hot water for 3 days, the second day there was not chef so no breakfast, the room did not have phone, they claimed it was on repairs for years. The staff was very nice but the above mentioned was unacceptable."
