We love our covered patio, large pool with baja seat and gated front and back yard. The center island has an eat in kitchen as well as a large dining room to host. The driveway has 2 side by side spots and 1 minute walk from an amazing park. Within a few miles from the best Los Angeles restaurants and close to all.

Welcome to your peaceful, fun, and comfortable home away from home! We are excited to host you and have designed our space to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible.



Our newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is an absolute oasis for families looking for a relaxing California vacation. The interior is filled with bright, natural light, featuring a sleek, spacious kitchen with a center island and a large, separate dining room perfect for hosting meals. Two of the three modern bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathrooms for added convenience.



The true highlight is the incredible backyard. Step outside to your private, fully-gated retreat featuring a large swimming pool with a baja seat, a covered patio with a lounge area, and a lovely grass area. It's the perfect setting for making lasting memories.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire property, including the front and back yards. The only exception is the garage, which is used for the owner's personal storage and is not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located in a truly enjoyable and family-friendly neighborhood. You are just a one-minute walk from a large park with activities for kids, providing plenty of space for pets to run or for your morning exercise routine.



When you're ready to explore, you'll find yourself just a few miles from some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles and conveniently close to everything the city has to offer.



Getting Around:

Convenient, off-street parking is available for you. The driveway has two side-by-side parking spots.

Important Information

Pool Heating: The pool is not heated by default. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $125 per day, with a two-night minimum.

Check-in Process: For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask you to complete a short check-in form before arrival. The form will request each guest’s contact info, a valid ID, and a quick selfie. Once submitted, we’ll send your check-in instructions. This ensures only registered guests are on the property, and your information will always remain private.

Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed on the property. These cameras monitor entryways and exterior common areas only.

Family Needs: We are happy to accommodate families! Whether you need a crib, an extra bed, a high chair, or even babysitter contacts, just let us know. We are flexible and want to help make your stay comfortable.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will incur a $100 fee per additional hour unless pre-approved in advance.
