“Had an excellent stay at the off of the beaten path cottage. ”

“A wonderful place, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. So much space inside and shaded outside space e BBQ and gardens. There is even a ute, not often seen in the US. A little off the beaten track but all the better for that. Outstanding. Didn't want to leave.”

“We chose this place for its excellent location: Very close to our own lot while working on it. The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. This place is good for two guests or a small fam. The lake is nearby, and it’s……

“We loved the house and definitely will be requesting again when we go back out to Merced. Everything was close by. The beds were comfortable, loved that we had a washer and dryer to use, and we cooked breakfast everyday. Due to the circumstances of being in Merced, it allowed the whole family to be able to gather and be together. Great place!”

“We had a great time staying at Acorn Cottage. We stayed with our two young children and it was perfect. The space was clean and comfortable and Regina was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. Only recommendation is buying ice and bringing larger cups with you if you’re like me and prefer large morning iced coffees😉 10/10 recommend and would stay here again.”

“The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very attentive. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately when we reported it. The cottage is walking distance to restaurants and the bus/train stations if you’re connecting by public transportation. This is a great home base for anyone visiting Yosemite. Overall a great stay. ”
