“The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay.”

“Very clean but small studio in a safe neighborhood very close to Wellington Equestrian Center and dining options. Apt has a separate entrance. Motion detector activated lights helps for entry after dark. Ample bedroom with desk, sofa. Large TV with basic cable. Coffee nook and half fridge. No kitchen or appliances other than Keurig. If you want to eat anything bring your own plates, cups and utensils. Quiet other than occasional barks from the homeowner’s dog - but if you close the door to……

“This property was incredibly clean! The hosts have thought of every detail. Very close to equestrian properties. My only gripe is the neighbors’ rooster who woke me repeatedly both nights. The hosts likely have zero control over this, though.”

“Toni was a great host, and the RV is so well kept. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The whole area is so peaceful and quiet. This was better than some hotels we've stayed in during our trip.”

“The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. While that’s true, what wasn’t mentioned is that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedroom. So if the person in the other room needs the bathroom after bedtime, they have to come into someone else’s bedroom in the middle of the night. Not OK ”

“Great location. We came up to go to a concert and it was close by the amphitheater easy in and out! Great communication and went above and beyond for us.”

“Clean room. I did take advantage of the small refrigerator and freezer, in addition to the Keurig coffee maker for 2 days. Cierra is a very responsive host to any questions.”

“House was very clean and welcoming. The outside patio area is delightful. Loved the list of recommendations for restaurants & we enjoyed the board games. Parking is tight, only enough room for 1 car. Bed nor pull out were very comfy.There were 2 issues, I’m not sure either was fault of owner but does keep me from leaving 5 stars. I would leave 4.5 if I could. 1- I did not receive any check in info & finally reached out to owner about 3pm. We heard back about an hour later & explained the message……
