“I guess this is a case of you get what you pay for. This motel has an opportunity to be a star in a very small town with very limited options. When I opened the door to the front office the smell of what I can only compare to an animal shelter hit hard. The girl at the front desk was very nice and got me taken care of right away. “The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer...
