“Unfortunately, my stay at Taj Lucknow was disappointing and not what I expect from a Taj property. Upon arrival, the bedding was noticeably damp. To their credit, staff responded and changed it, but we later discovered the replacement sheets were damp as well. We were told this was because the linens are steamed. Regardless of the reason, I slept in wet sheets at a luxury hotel. More upsetting was my experience walking through the lobby to the pool. I was wearing a swimsuit with a cover-up and……

“I had a very pleasant day in this hotel the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. I used the pool, which was clean. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The staff were helpful. The main problems are maintenance and cleanliness. The carpets were filthy and need to be dry cleaned.”
