Staff was very rude and did not want to accommodate my service dog. TV wasn’t working and they blamed spectrum. We just reset the tv and it worked. The entire place smelled of pot. I would have enjoyed having the room cleaned or have had more towels to use besides one face towel that I had to use both nights. The parking lot is lit up. The rooms are clean so I enjoyed that. I travel often so checking into a hotel is normal for me however having a smiling face to check in with also is normal for me. I am not saying everyone has to have a smile, however in business when someone is spending money with you you tend to show your appreciation with a smile. Spend more money and stay at a better hotel. No breakfast or anything - the front office door remained LOCKED in the morning too.
